Privacy Policy

Your travels stay yours

Your data

Your trips, visas and goals, with their dates, notes, photos and files, are stored on your devices and synced through your private iCloud account. Only you can access them. We can’t see them. Turn off iCloud for Stamp in iOS Settings to keep them on this device only.

Anonymous travel statistics

To show what’s popular and suggest better places, Stamp shares a few details of what you add, stored in Apple’s iCloud:

Each record also includes your app version and language. It never includes your dates, notes, booking or flight numbers, photos, files, name, email or Apple ID. Each item is sent on its own, so your trips can’t be pieced back together from it. iCloud attaches a random ID that we can’t link to you.

We add these records up into overall counts and then delete them, so only the totals are kept.

This is on by default. Turn it off anytime in Settings → Share Anonymous Data and Stamp stops sending. What was already shared stays in the overall counts, which can’t be traced back to you. Please avoid putting personal details in place names, since place names are shared as you type them.

Booking files

When you import a booking file, Stamp reads it on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. The file and its contents are never sent to us or anyone else. The file is saved as an attachment to your trip, in your private iCloud.

Place search

When you search for a place, your search text is sent to Apple Maps to find results, under Apple’s privacy policy.

Purchases

Lifetime Premium is bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details.

Feedback

If you send feedback from the app, we receive your message, any screenshot you attach, and your app version, iOS version and language, stored in Apple’s iCloud. We don’t receive your name or email. We use it only to improve Stamp and delete it on request.

Children

Stamp doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
